Be at the centre of Henkel´s relocation experience!
- Coordinate and support all activities related to international assignments globally
- Be the main point of contact for Henkel assignees in any aspect related to their relocation, mainly policy explanation, calculation and presention of the assignment package and benefits, contract preparation and authorization of services
- Delivering cost estimates including calculation of host country salary and allowances, followed by the alignment on the overall package with HR / business
- Day-to-day liaising with 3rd party external suppliers, i.e. our global relocation provider, tax & social security consultant, international health insurance provider and others
- Close cooperation with our internal stakeholders, mainly payroll, total rewards, HR and direct supervisor
- Advisory and internal policy interpretation
- Guidance across all Global Mobility guidelines and policies
Your skills
- Experience within HR / Global Mobility is a great advantage
- Fluent in English
- Self-managed and good in problem-solving
- Accurate, process and data oriented
- Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with guidelines
- Confident communicator with healthy level of assertiveness
