• Processing of telephone or written customer queries• Tracking of the completion of his/her customer queries in the AIC-Tickettool
• Disclosure of general information to customers
• Processing and forwarding of information to team leader
• Conducting of Ad- Hoc reports for the customers

Education: Secondary with leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education in Economy or Accounting
PC skills:
• SAP FI/MM – big advantage
• MS Office - Excel – basic
• MS Office - Word – basic
• MS Office - Outlook – basic
Other requirements:
• Ideally Call center experience
• Helpful and focused on solutions
• Ready to learn fast the relevant processes
• Able to independently solve complex situations
• Nice telephone voice and you like working with people
• Self-confident in communication and maintains overview also in critical situations
• Oral and written style very good
• Good understanding of processes
• Ready to work in a motivated and dynamic team
• Ready to work flexible working hours
• Structure and set-up of Deutsche Telekom Group and of its subsidiaries is a benefit
• Ready to participate on training on the job in Germany (1-3 months)
